How to request deletion

You can request account deletion in either of these ways:

• In the app: open the MyTourCab app → Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete Account.
• By email: send a request to [email protected] with the subject “Account Deletion Request”, from the email address registered on your account.

We acknowledge deletion requests within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email address, phone number, and password
• Saved wishlist, recently viewed itineraries, and notification preferences
• Uploaded documents linked to your account
• Your account login and profile entirely — you will need to register again to use MyTourCab in future

What we retain, and why

Indian tax and financial regulations require us to keep certain records even after account deletion:

• Booking and payment records — retained for 7 years under the Income Tax Act, 1961 and GST legislation. These records are disassociated from your active profile and used only for legal and accounting purposes.
• Support communications — retained for 3 years for dispute-resolution purposes.
